Trigger Point Therapy

Involves applying pressure to specific points in the muscles that are hyper-irritable and cause pain in other parts of the body.

Effleurage: Warms up the muscles, increase blood circulation, and prepare the body for deeper work.

 

Petrissage: Release muscle tension, improve circulation, and stretch muscle fibers.

 

Deep Tissue Massage: Focuses on deeper layers of muscle to break down knots and alleviate muscle pain.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Aims to stretch and loosen the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

Mobilisation

This technique involves the client actively moving their muscles into a stretch with the help of the therapist. It enhances flexibility, coordination, and muscle control.
